RETURN AND WARRANTY PROCEDURE FOR SOLD PRODUCTS
Dogachometech guarantees your satisfaction. In accordance with Article 40/2003 of the Turkish Standards Institution (TKY), Dogachometech offers return and exchange rights for non-defective products within 7 days of purchase (starting from the invoice date), as per customer satisfaction guidelines. The terms and conditions are as follows:
At Dogachometech, your satisfaction is guaranteed. In accordance with Article No. 40/2003 of the Turkish Standards Institution (TQI) regarding customer satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 days of the invoice date or delivery date of the product(s). Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions.
For returns and exchanges of product(s), the customer may visit the nearest Sharaf Electronics Stores and Headquarters in the TRNC, call the Sharaf Electronics Customer Support Line (0533-8508820), or send an email to customerservice@sharafstore.com for assistance.
CONDITIONS THAT MUST BE MET FOR THE APPROVAL OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUESTS
1. Returns/exchanges are not possible without the original sales invoice.
2. The product you wish to exchange/return must be in its original packaging, perfect, complete, and unused, just as it was purchased. If you have opened the box, the exchange process can only begin if the product is returned undamaged, without defects or errors, and without any damage to the box, product, or accessories, and must be unused.
3. All gifts included with the product must be delivered in perfect and complete condition.
After delivery, if the product does not work according to the user manual / does not meet the stated technical specifications, it will be replaced or refunded.
After verification by technical service, the process may take up to 5 business days. Returns/exchanges will only be processed after inspection/technical report.
5. If the product packaging has slight soiling or has been opened, and the product is in perfect, unused condition with no visible scratches or marks on the product or its packaging, a minimum 20% deduction or restocking fee will be applied when returning or exchanging the product, depending on the circumstances.
Excluding hygiene products, boxed and accessory items will be assessed with a minimum 20% deduction.
6. When returning Apple products, customers must sign out of their Apple account.
7. Small household appliances returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be processed according to the inspection report and approval from the technical service department.
SITUATIONS WHERE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT POSSIBLE
1. If more than 7 (seven) days have passed since the invoice date
2. When the original invoice cannot be presented
3. If the online activation code has been scratched off or used
4. If anything is missing from the product packaging
5. If used contrary to the user manual
6. If there is liquid contact
7. If there is physical damage
8. Clothing items
9. If the device has a general warranty or accessible packages starting with installation/activation.
10. If the package has been opened for cell phones, televisions, headphones, gaming computers, game consoles, game controllers, charging cables, adapters, and printers.
11. Personal care hygiene products
12. Apple products without deactivating the Apple account
